What Others are Saying About Aromatherapy
Do you have plenty of candles?
I love to collect all types of candles! Wax candles, soy candles, and scented candles. My home is filled with them, and my favorite candle scents are apple pie, vanilla, pine, blueberry, strawberry, and sweet pea. I think candles are just a beautiful addition to any room in the house, and aromatherapy candles can also relax the soul while soaking in the tub. Just be careful to not set a fire or fall asleep while a candle is burning. What is your favorite candle scent? What is it about candles that you like?
Have you ever used alternative therapies?
This could be aromatherapy, chinese medicine, reflexology or anything else rather than traditional medicine. I would like to know what you used, what you used it for and how it went for you!

Do you think aromatherapy works in de-stressing? Why? How?!
Just curious as to what your opinions of this are. Do you think it helps manage or prevent stress, or is it just a commercial gimmick? I recently bought some rather expensive aromatherapy body wash, and while I feel like it smells really good, I can't say any of my stress is being relieved as a result of washing with it every time I take a shower.Do you own any type of aromatherapy products: candles, shampoos, sprays, body washes, etc? And do you feel like it actually WORKS or do you just buy it because it smells good? What's your general opinion on it?
Joy is the Little Things in Life
When I was younger, I wanted so much! So much romance, so many material things, lots of places to go. I was just thinking how much my attitudes toward life have changed, since raising two children, dealing with the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune and all. I am just so much happier with so much less.Just now I took a wonderful warm bath and lit a lavender candle. I put my lavender aromatherapy ball to float in the tub, and just lay back and went "ahhhhhhhhhh!" I came in here to my room and lit my holiday "Feliz Navidad" candle, came in here to chat with you folks. And I just feel so content. What are the little things that warm you up inside?
What beauty treatments do you prefer?
What beauty treatments do you prefer? Nails, sauna, massage... Let us know the details! I'm mad about aromatherapy massages, the scents are incredible. And sauna too, though I prefer turkish bath, much more humid, I find it more relaxing. How about you?
What herbs are the easiest to control?
I am not very good at keeping any sorts of plants/flowers alive but yet I would like to be able to start a indoor herb garden. There is a small project that I am looking to finish by next summer and am in need some I guess they would be considered aromatherapy herbal plants. I have never worked with herbs before and although I have read up on some stuff before I was looking for some real life opinions on them.I am wanting herbs that are easy to care for, doesn't need much time put into them and can grow in the light as well as possibly in the dark and some what damp areas. I have a sun porch that I can put them in in the summer but a lot of time in the winter it gets a bit colder out in there and I am not sure if the plants will be able to survive out there so I would more than likely be putting them in my basement which is decent but does get that damper appeal...so I need a herb...
Aromatherapy - do you believe it really works and why
I believe in the power of aromatherapy, especially when coupled with music, yoga and/or other forms of meditation and relaxation techniques. There is nothing better than a hot bath filled with lavender petals when your muscles and your brain are tired and aching. What types of aromatherapy has everyone used and liked? If you don't believe in it at all why not and what have been your experiences?
Bubble bath versus foam bath? Wha t you like more? i vote for bubble bath.....
By simply submerging your body into warm water, one creates a calming experience. Combined with the stress-reducing heat of the bath water, these bubble bath soaps can reinvigorate the skin and provide a form of aromatherapy.Foam bath is great, is aromatherapy, with essential oils, and i like a lot levander and musk aroma.Make me feel so relax. If i mush choice i ll choice bubble, because is very relaxing, after a hard work day, is great to take a bath like this...sometimes i am almost sleep in the bath Do you like bubbles or foam?[em]happy[/em]
Which one do you prefer? Shower, Bath Tub or Jacuzzi?
In actual fact I love to have them all. If I am rushing in the morning to work, I would prefer a shower. However, during weekend, or in the evening, a hot bubble bath with aromatherapy scent will be excellent![em]thumbup[/em]I would love to have a jacuzzi in my house[em]wub[/em] But it will cost a fortune...lolSo, what do you have at home, shower or bath tub? My house only have shower unit...Do share your views and preference..happy myLotting[em]wink[/em]
My feet hurt, any recipes for a good soak?
I've noticed as I get older, even the small bones on the side of my feet hurt when I've been on them for hours at a time. I work retail so I have to be on my feet a lot. Some days they don't seem to bother me at all and then all of a sudden, I can hardly hobble once I've been sitting for a while and try to stand up.I believe in investing in our shoes, I wish I had taken better care of my feet in my youth, not so much going barefoot and flopping around in flip-flops.I'm 52 and even as I type this I can feel them down there just aching away. I could barely make it from my car to the house yesterday evening when I got home.I laid a back-massager against the head-board of my bed last night and rested my feet against it; felt wonderful.I told my husband I wanted one of those bubbly foot tub things for my birthday. I wonder though if there are any good recipes for a soak, like...

Aromatherapy
Hello friends...have anyone tried aromatherapy for stress management? These days, there is a lot of buzz about aromatherapy as well as stress management. Aromatherapy is heard to have very good results.

how relevant do you think aromatherapy is today
i am training as an aromatherapist and was wondering with the current credit climate do you think aromatherapy is relevant today or will it be the next victim of the ressesion?
alleviate headaches alternative -medicine

Procrastination and moving a domain...
I need to move my domain that I use for my psychic readings, aromatherapy, and my crafts, well I will be adding in the crafts part. This will be the 3rd time I move this domain so its not as if I don't know how, but it seems so daunting that I keep putting it off. Today I kept telling myself that I will do it tomorrow and I might just get it done, at least part of it.For those of you who maintain your own sites, do your design and marketting all by yourself along with making th eproducts or actually doing self promotion, do you ever put things off because they just seem like they are going to have those last minute complications that make everything take twice as long? The new webhost looks simpler but I think I have developed a mental block. What do you do to get yourself going again?
Working from home
Hi I would like to discuss about working from home to give you a bit of a guide as to what I found out when I owned by own online business from home, it is possible to earn a lot of money but remember firstly that their are a lot of scams on the internet which I belive is not right and I do not understand why someone does not do anything about stopping this. But I certainly did earn money with my business at the time, and I am thinking very seriously about starting my business back up again, I sold to my customers, natural products, household products, aromatherapy, cosmetics. Now all these products are really great products so I am wondering if any one on here would like to have their own business if you are from Australia, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Japan and China would be interested in owning their own business with me if so please let me know it does of course cost some...
spa and aromatheraphy
i know women are so vain when it comes to their beauty regimen. I normally do the spa when I feel exhausted and really burn out. But I normally do the aromatheraphy at home. I just light up an aromatheraphy oil when I get home and about to sleep to give some relaxation and when I wake up to freshen my day ahead. I treat spa and aromatherapy as an exclusive routine to my life for me to feel relax and to stress out and to feel relieve after a long tiring day from work. so how about you guys?
