| | Tolerance breaks | | Hey guys I was just wondering what y'all do while your on a tolerance breaks to help the time go by. I've been toking a bit to much lately and I feel like my system is immune to weed. After taking a 3 day break last week I felt the buzz a bit more but it was definitely not the same, and it lasted 15 minutes. Right now I'm trying to take a one week break I work so during the day its not really a problem but at night I usually chill with friends who smoke. So during the night I'm the only sober one chilling with my friends. I think this week is going to be hell so I was wondering what most people did to cope with not smoking, and if anybody knows any good tips to detox extra quick. | |

| My friend went to detox today. | | Well I am sad today as my friend went to detox. I think she will be mad at me for a while, but she would have ended up overdosing. I hadn't seen her for almost 2 days, then she came over last night not making any sense. I have never seen her like that. She came again this morning at 7:30 even worse than before. We got her home, and about 2 hours later her mother in law, who recently moved in with her, came over and said for the past 2 nights she has been up all night and moving things around, throwing food away, just destroying the house. So she called 911 from my house and they came to get her. I don't want her to think I did it, but then again if her mother in law would not have I should have. She is a pill adict and has already lost 8 of her children. I am scare for her and want to be there for her. Some advice please. | |
| | Eating the right food makes everyone keep in shape | | Eating properly is very satisfied to me especially more on vegetables and fruits during lunch time. Eating less meat say twice a week makes me slim and keep my shape in tack at size 31. Morning is loaf of bread, milk,with piece of mango fruit. Dinner is with rice, steam fish with salad and banana.Fasting at lunch time during Sunday have to detox myself from cholesterol and fats. I see to it balancing my diet all around during the week.Till now, I don't have any sign of major diseases at all.Do you check your diet?

| | Maker's Diet | | Has anyone else done this diet? How did it work for you? Were you able to eat totally organic? I am going to start it for the 3rd time tomorrow and wonder how others have overcome the obstacles of the first month on this diet. I am not just looking to lose weight necessarily - I am doing this for my health, and one way to decrease the daily pain and discomfort, trouble sleeping, etc. is to lose some weight. I already have some of the supplements recommended in the book, and will be ordering more to get me through this first month. I really believe that if I can make it through the first four weeks of the detox process and then by some miracle find a cheap way to buy the recommended breads for the maintenance part, I will feel much healthier. My husband will also be changing the way he eats as he has daily pains and trouble sleeping also. Having someone else going through the same things... | |

Best because immediately the next day my hair was more shiny and my skin was radiant! It was a combination of Distilled water, Epsom salt, lemon or lime and Virgin olive oil. But I don't think I can ever try that again. So, What's your detox regime? | |

| What's the best cleansing diet that doesn't cost as much? | | I would like to try a natural way of cleansing and I have no idea which works best at that costs less. I just realized that I have not been eating healthy all these years. I have had friends a number of them actually who have undergone lithotripsy or removal of gall stones and these are expensive procedures. Apparently two or three of them were advised by their doctors/specialist to check their diets as our food intake are sometimes culprits to these kinds of illnesses. I don't want any of those and I want to start a good cleansing diet now. I tried doing water therapy once but I don't think it worked for me. Any suggestions? | |

I know that if I put a good food,good nutrition to my body,I feel better for it. And Im` not talking organic,even though,I`d love to be albe to buy organic food.But ATM it is a bit price for me.In order to get most of the good nutrition,your body needs to be in balance,and ready to take as much good stuff from food,as possible.
